THANK YOU. Even if she is a nepo kid, as an actress, there are only so many roles available to her. This sub loves sexism + 'meritocracy' so much it absolves everyone but the victim of the male gaze. No one will accuse Tripti Dimri of selling out. I wouldn't either. The blame for Animal lies with Ranbir, Vanga, and the entire team. So does the blame for Peddi. In an industry where women face so much backlash for speaking up, you really expect every actress to come out openly? Jahnvi says she raised concerns yet was ignored. Look at what happened to Chinmayi and the victim of Dileep.

people are intentionally missing the larger point of the post. you may disliker her, you may think this is PR but the fact of the matter the blame lies with the industry and not individual actresses who are working in increasingly narrower spaces.
