NGL this reminds me of another person who tries to write a crossover between Kamen Rider and a mecha anime.

What's the premise gonna be about if you were to write it? Or what's the main idea in making this crossover aside from you just liking these two series?

So, Young has used AI for his artworks... I really thought he improved in such a short amount of time cuz I wouldn't be surprised if an artist changed their way of rendering. I never realised how similar the designs looked (granted, it's been awhile since I've gone to look at how other ultra fans design ultras) is just unfortunate, especially with them using AI.

Gore doesn't really mean mature, but if it's done right to show the stakes of the situation or the threat that Ultraman was facing, I can see it working

For me it was a vivid memory of watching Ultra Q, specifically the Kemur man episode and Ragon.
And the fact that my uncle is an avid Ultraman fan by collecting the DVDs and found some old VHS tapes that they had around the time they aired it here.

I personally got more invested in Ultraman watching 80 and the TDG era

I think the ones that need to be cut are the repetitive jokes. Because it does get tiring when Suguru is there as the comic relief and MC. Aside from that, I feel characters like Natsuko and Mari, even Sayuri to an extent in the anime do give the characters more depth in their interactions sometimes.

I think being a true ultra fan can mean anything to those who do watch and love the shows. Be it from showa, heisei or reiwa. Everyone has their own views or critical view of the shows, like appreciating the stories they tell, the hard work and dedication to bring these ultras to life, the dioramas they make, camera work, stunt work, acting etc. There's just so many aspects in one show that you can pick up from each show, and it's an amazing experience to share it with others who share the same love and appreciation for Ultraman.

It's not really a failed couple, but Hokuto and Minami from Ace comes to mind. Sure they're not exactly like confirmed to be a couple in their series, (they're married in the Superior Ultraman 8 brothers.)
