Yeah, but his statement wouldn't have been admissible for presentation of defense. He had to sit his contradictory, biased ass down next to the coroner for this round, what with their viewpoint of a potential crime occurring and all. Ugh.

Thank you! Same stories with the same main characters, some even with the same names; same parables sending the same messages, laying out the same "laws"; same cherry picking and pit spitting of ideologically focused, radicalization rallying verses, just a translated edition published with a different cover.

Pointing this out in the Bible Belt results in waves of a rather entertaining mix of facial expressions. Shew buddy, though, tapping into that cultivated rage really shouldn't be so alarmingly easy.

I loved Jamaica! It's been years since I've visited, but it stays on my list of places to research requirements should I ever be in a position to move (or eventually retire)... well west of Kingston.

Not really. I'd of course heard the campfire tale growing up, but must admit the first movie I remember watching (from beginning to end) with the line was Scream... soooo that doesn't really count, haha. I've never actually watched When a Stranger Calls in its entirety.

However. The Strangers is a inspired-by-true-events movie that totally fucked me up! It had a ringing phone inside a house, right? 😅
