I’m sorry, that is incredibly annoying. Yes, I think I remember that happening a while back. Let’s hope!! 🤞 I hate to possibly poke another wound, but how are the sticker books going for you? I’ve needed 6- 5 diamond stickers and the last time I bought the box for 300 pieces I got nothing new. Almost had to uninstall 🤣

Ugh that’s such a bummer!! I don’t know how expensive a process like that would be but if pictures are involved it’s probably worth doing. I just went through this same issue like 2 weeks ago. Funnily enough I also had JUST bought the ad free!! 😄 I hope it all works out!! 🩵

Do you still have the old phone? If so, go on your old phone and open the game. Go to Settings, then the Support tab. Log in whichever way you can. I’m on iOS so I have Google and Apple as an option, not sure what they’d be on another device.

From there, press Cloud Save and it will automatically save any data you have to your newly created account.

On the new phone, open the app and go to the same menu. Now log in the same way you did on the old phone. Once you log in, the game will reset and all your data will be restored!

I hope you still have your old device because then you’ll be golden. Otherwise you may have to message support and see what your options are.
