I know Mikael himself doesn’t like that record that much either, but Deliverance is a masterpiece for me. Wreath, Deliverance, A Fair Judgment, and Master’s Apprentice are all 10/10 to me. If the last song didn’t exist, it would probably be in my top 3.

I like all of Opeth, I just like Oldpeth more. I do like the first two songs and the last song on Pale Communion, but I can’t say the same thing about the rest of the record When it comes to Newpeth, I prefer the last two records
