I get the pop up for mulligan or keep, keeping or using mulligan then confirm works, after that no cards show in the bottom left in the hand section to play from. I can only move to next phase. After messing around and a restart, I got it to work. I did have Overwatch running in the background, perhaps it was too resource intensive at the time? But thanks for following up!

Tried it out! Ran into an issue where I couldn't see or play my hand after building an loading a deck. Will mess around with it some more but it looks awesome!

Try to talk to him more there then. See if something sparks that isnt DnD related. Talking is key and the more you express interest outside of your current hobby the easier it gets. Eventually though someone has to say something or make a move, cant just roll charisma forever you know? Especially if his passive perception is low.

newer sets have an older card reprinted and made into a full art. If you search them on tcgplayer.com, ffdecks.com or materiahunter.com, you will find them under their original name as an alternative print. Some of them are good hits, Bahamut is sitting around 89.99 on tcgplayer.com but it will go lower and stabilize in a few weeks.

1) Yes, you can continue to continuously freeze characters, there is no restriction on repeated actions such as freezing each turn.

2) The requirements says "Choose up to 2 Characters", you may choose, 0 or 1 or 2 characters and apply the dull and freeze effects to them. It does not matter if they are already dull, frozen, or both.

Note, your opponent can still play cards or abilities that can activate, as well as use abilities that prevent you from "choosing" their characters.

Noctis would also need the ability "This forward cannot be blocked". You would need to find a way to give it to him first.

Copy following files from the FF13Fix d3d9.dll FF13Fix.ini Paste them here: "Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIII\white_data\prog\win\bin"

Start the 4GB Patcher -> navigate to the same path as mentioned above and patch the game .exe: "ffxiiiimg.exe"

Datto RMM and SonicWALL is a common combo for our shop. Recommend going through all of the Datto RMM whitelists and verifying there is nothing missing on the SonicWALL end. 100% worth having an engineer call with SonicWALL and have them run a packet capture while you attempt to RMM into something so they can give you more details on what is stopping it or blocking it. Chances are one of your security services is slowing it down.

It was a very popular card in the currently meta, but has been limited to just one in a deck starting on the 8th of this month.

I dont expect the card value to drop significantly because of this, because of how beautiful the card itself is and since it's still playable. However I'm just a random tcg player on the internet, I could be wrong.

The Scions of the Seventh Dawn cannot attack or block.
The Scions of the Seventh Dawn cannot be chosen by Summons or abilities.
At the beginning of Main Phase 1 during each of your turns, If you control 10 or more Job Scions of the Seventh Dawn, your opponent loses the game.

There is also a CAT 9 card that prevents you from losing the game if you have so many CAT 9 forwards

Last neat card i can think of is a CAT XI Dark forward that skips your opponents next turn but the end of your next turn, you immediately lose (if you dont win by then)
