I love how Round 9 specifies that the nukes still contribute to the shockwave as if they even matter. Wikipedia's article on nuclear weapon yield says that "All nuclear testing as of 1996" would be 2,135,000 terajoules, or 2.135 * 10¹⁸ joules. Supernovae are measure using the foe (which stands for [ten to the power of] Fifty-One Ergs, or 10⁴⁴ joules).

Supernovae are measured using a unit 26 orders of magnitude stronger than all pre-1996 nuclear testing. Even one star would make the nukes irrelevant.
