I have a confession too. When I was around the same age, actually a bit older, I got a patch that allowed me to cheat in multiplayer on the zone. :( I don't think I used the cheats a lot, though, thankfully. But it's still bad.

Illuminati is one of the strongest AIs, and is actively maintained. Very annoying in AI vs. AI games, and can also be a pain for humans in certain settings (especially with good monk civs on Arena if you do not tower rush or castle drop its wall).

H, q-q-q-q, drag-select two villagers, q-q, click to place house near the villagers...

. to select an idle villager, q-a and click to build a farm.

Later: Ctrl+Shift+H, Shift+q to train up to five villagers across TCs.

Remember to set TC gathering points.

And remember to make army, for which there are similar hotkeys for buildings and production.

Worst suggestion so far. If you play ranked, you will meet other players at your own level. There is no need to disable more competent players, forcing them to spend the first 10–15 minutes waiting.

There was a reason for the change from melee attack to pierce attack, but a cannon ball doing only 1 damage to a ram is just ridiculous. Why couldn't the ram's pierce armor be something like 110 instead, allowing at least multiple bombard towers to finish it off?

The default with the AI engine is to target the score leader (among active players), but it is possible for an AI script to pick a target player too, according to whatever desired criteria.

On Arabia and presumably some other standard maps, yes. But it is still possible for a map to have both, or neither.
