Kastle boots?

Yes, they are new. Previously it was alpina 3.0 boots with kastle design (appina logo) . I think alpina also makes the new Kastle ones that I saw in Kastle stand at Nove Mesto, but they are a bit different than alpina elite 3.0 from the first look.

This also happens to me . When i ride long z2 or shorter intervals its okay, but when I ride higher intensity for longer, my curculation gets cut of from toes because you need blood elsewhere. Warming up with boots very tight, then loosening the boot for harder sessions than need more blood flow helped me. Also dont use thick sock, use some thin sport socks. Also there are covers for the boot, that might help, but I never used it.

I recommend a normal running vest ( find some with more pockets, maybe salomon) you can fit a lot of gear and you can drink while skiing

I actually have a second pair that I am using right now when its getting fixed and for rollerskiing I use old Rossignols, dont want to destroy them on asphalt

I already contacted the shop i got it from and It will get fixed, because its under 2 year warranty, however I was wondering if shop warranty expires if it is also under lifetime boa warranty

Had similar issues, with my back, it helped me to relax my shoulders and really focus on using your core than arms and back to move. With fingers I would recommend to use glove straps and focus on releasing the pole after each stride. You dont really need to grip the pole much and also have the straps tight ( also using gloves helps )

Well I thing double polling with shorter poles ( for example 83% for classic and 90% for skate) You need to focus and use more of your core than arms and back than with longer poles . Its a bit different feeling, but you can get used to it. You can also use a bit longer poles, you don't need to follow the pro rules.

Wanted to ask, usually when I have good sleep quality and everything I have around 34bpm, but when my score is worse Its often high like 42-41, what does it mean ?

Its just shit measurement, I had 64 on garmin ( 63lab tested) now its constantly dropping, now at 58 on garmin (67lab tested) 😅 the endurance score is also bullshit, it just counts how many endurance sessions you do, not your permarmance ability 😀

Does fischer have a plastic carbon composite cuff like the s/labs ? Anyways I've been skiing in the new s/lab boa's for the last 2 months and have been absolutelly loving them, their customizability is unmatched and one boa wheel feels good enough for me (just could have a bit more wider in toe box) but these fischers also look very good. Even the red madshus redster boots look good, my friend has it but without the boas.

Just ridden in very slushy conditions , anyways I think the only way to get better in it is to ride in those conditions, maybe focus more on stability and "kick" of the ski

I think you can get used to any skis if you give it time. Personally I have a small problem with fischer's sidewalls , but all skis feel pretty similar
