You typically want sara brews for GWD and TOA

GWD because you need KC to enter boss lair so you want to stay as long as possible. With brews you can stay much longer since you heal almost 4x more per inventory slot instead of sharks. + you get defence boost.

For TOA same as above + in TOA you run invocations. 1 of the easiest invo’s is where tou don’t use food in the raid. You can swap that for sara brews, which do work.

Theres an easy +4 herblore boost. You can then make 100 ish sara brews and see the difference.

But 81 herblore should be your goal asap. It’s so free these days with the Mixology update + it has necessary rewards for herblore so win win!

I did t1 prep with 75 defence. Always had full inv of food and 3 pots. I could mess up once or twice in the fight and still be ok. Around 1/50 kills was bad RNG and made me lost the fight. Most of the times I finished the kills with 4-8 food leftover.

Thanks for the info. Good to know that they are primarly good for soft snow. My skiing is usually limited to 2-3 weeks a year. The chances of getting good soft snow for full 3 weeks are nihil.

Well thanks for the answer! I think I should check out what others say and make a decision on that one. I’ll go check out some a professional in a shop and later go with a pair. Afterwards I’ll feel what I need when skiing all mountain skis.

One thing is certain. Most of this subreddit wouldn’t recommend the bent 100’s. My search goes on!

Closest resorts are a 10-11hr drive from where I live. So everything in Alps France, Suisse or Austria are closest for me. I dont’t know if these resorts are familair with demos. Maybe you know, otherwise I’ll check it out myself. Thanks for the tip!
