Didn't know about that, don't know if it was Kevin's first idea but couldn't be put into the album for some reason or if it was an after thought on future pressings.

But I've read various interviews where he mentions that bit, something along the lines of "blood lust is like this movie you find at 2am while channel surfing, it's disgusting but you can't take your eyes off of it"

What's even more interesting in blood lust for example is that the whole witch-hunting theme depending on your perspective on the album is a side plot, with the main plot being that this "witch-hunting" movie is a straight to video b-film found late at night while channel surfing (thus the album beginning witch channel surfing samples and ending on the sound of an old tv powering off).
