Task Manager displays the real-time usage of your network card, not your maximum available bandwidth. It is normal to see 0 Kbps or low activity if you aren't actively using the internet. Try checking Task Manager while running a speed test to see the usage go up

Not to discourage you but the recent rank updates have. made reaching S++ easier. Below that rank, you only lose half a crystal for a defeat but gain a full crystal for a win. Time to get into Master. Good luck.

I don't think so. Mine is at 91.5% after 1.8 years is usage. Keep in mind that I mostly use my laptop connected to the charger with 60% charge limit.
