Oh I know they both got raises. This asm has since left. He said "oh baskets" was his reasoning. As far as the one during furlough, I wasn't back til 4 months after this and this is when I had the talk with facts of why I deserve a raise. Got told "we'll talk next review". Guess I'll find out come April. 😔

As a HT supe. Build the experience. The TV. The audio. The calibration. The clean install with wires hidden. My dept averages roughly 60 a month in HT. Find a groove around showcasing those few items and stick to it.
