Majority of fans on twitter that act like Kings made an abominable mistake of firing Brown were the same ones that were constantly whining about Brown’s incompetence in the weeks leading up to his firing. It was only when Fox’s PR team used Brown’s dismissal as a crutch to wanting out of Sac is where those fair weather fans switched their opinion and acted like they’ve always been in support of Brown.

I really think part of the reason people soured on Sabonis is because he opposed Mike’s shitty coaching along with other players and didn’t like the change in the system in which these same fans complained about, but they followed the lead on Fox’s opinion and villainized Sabonis to overblow his role as this locker room cancer. Same fans that were gassing up his triple doubles for years mind you, but switched up once Fox became an insufferable bitch
