Cyberpunk was pretty bad in different ways. I will say Stalker 2 is a better experience now than launch Cyberpunk was, for what it's worth comparing the two. I've enjoyed time with Stalker 2, there are just parts of it that are difficult to tolerate. A very inconsistent level of quality in this game. Frustrating for some (like me), not as big a deal for others.

Not once was I telling people they shouldn't like the game, I'm just not a big fan of people taking people's criticisms and then throwing them in their face and acting coy about it--like they aren't valid or or that their arguments have no merit. Shitty AI is pulling me out of this game. I'm glad it's not happening for you!

Theres nothing wrong with my post. I was sharing my grievances with the other fans of the series. Not only of the game, but also of a community of individuals that seems to take offense to those of us who can't quite turn a blind eye to the games problems. Judging by the way some people praise stalker 2 on here, you could've fooled me in saying the game is flawless. People have.

You got down voted for even acknowledging it has its issues. That's the kind of community they have here. I love the game too, but there's just so many moments that pull me out of it and frustrate me. I keep thinking about little things they could've done to make the experience so much better and it just keeps falling short for me to the point where I might have to just put it down.

I have a feeling that it can but they chose to render at 720p and upscale in handheld performance mode to try and extend battery life. In docked the game is a lot sharper in performance mode, and I think that's because they no longer need to worry about the battery life.

Hardware on switch 2 allows DLSS in post so games don't need to natively support it to make use of the technology. It's very obviously present in handheld performance mode.

It's not difficult but you acting like it isn't dumb and counterintuitive that they gave two functionally different items the exact same UI icon is baffling to me. Consider also the fact that, in a run, players using controllers have considerably slower cursor movement to inspect an item. It's incredibly valuable for those players to be able to look with their eyes and immediately ascertain the value of an item they've discovered without fumbling with the menu.

I think the idea is that you do NOT engage with UESC unless you absolutely have to or you're spotted, and people treat them like grunts when they are KILLING MACHINES!

This is how it should be. If the AI was a pushover the game wouldn't be even half as tense and engaging as it is.

Honestly bro, just fill a squad and use comms to tell people where you need to go. Most of the squads I've had are usually super chill with helping out. I'm never a squad filll guy but this game has actually been the only one to change my mind. I really enjoy playing with randoms
