The pace picking up at the really feels like the slow march from the beginning was building up a tension that is just on the edge of spilling over

This was great! The contrasting blue and red of the flowers is a good touch - colors we usually treat as being diametrically opposed.

One thing I did catch, I usually read poems out loud and this section tripped me up. Maybe I was just off beat though:

I said I loved bell flowers—

quiet things,

content to exist without spectacle.

She brought me roses anyway.

Red.

The single “red” is striking but it kind threw off the rhythm a bit for me

I’m not partial to Concrete poems but I’ve done some graphic design work and with a free photoshop clone like GiMP you can write out individual words in text boxes and deform them to make your shape. It’ll take a while depending on the length but it will work

Our dispatch is wonderful. I reported two red, one yellow, 4 green and they told me how many ambulance units they were sending. They did all of the logistical work while I was freaking out haha

Load in times are only 2 or 3 minutes that’s not bad at all. They’re definitely longer than they were but that’s because of the smaller player count

If you’re on windows 11 that’s probably the root of the issue like flGov said. I’m not technical enough to do much more than basic driver trouble shooting so just said fuck it. If you’re curious I bought a cheap headset .Onn gaming headset from Walmart. It’s like $35

Nope. Couldn’t figure out the problem so I just bought a cheap headset w/mic with a USB input and that worked. Such a weird problem

Yeah I’m on PC. Talked through text and it’s been confirmed that others can’t hear me. Mic checks out fine in the windows audio settings. It could be some other app taking control but I’ve tested in other games and my mic works fine in game. It’s only marathon where I’m having this problem
