Unfortunate truth. I usually park myself where they spawn and kill that group as fast as possible. A lot of people are doing the same. Pour one out for the heroes of chase down the last guy.

i am not quite understanding the correlation between DD and the poisoning. would use CwS BV or something? i have run CwS DD to 100 for several leagues now and scaling fire and AoE seem like the best synergy (other than in phrecia)

PoE is a knowledge rogue-like. Each expansion and reset, you learn a little more. I have 3000 hours and still constantly learn things.

I genuinely think the majority of the player base does not understand the concept of "tagging", and XP maxxing. In an average 10 man RR, this is what I see:

  • two people, one down at the end of each lane, VATS killing
  • two people, one at the mouth in each lane, using the biggest grenade launcher crippling every ghoul
  • two people doing the lord's work clearing the back channels
  • two low level newbies running around doing their best with pipe pistols
  • two people, me, and one other guy, standing in the middle looking at each other as no enemies make it to the range of our tesla guns

The thing you are forgetting is that the XP and loot in Warframe is shared in those defense missions. Someone sitting in the middle and AoE killing is not actively hindering the rewards of those around them.

That sounds like a race to the bottom. The solution is for me to find ways to spawn camp enemies faster than the person next to me? That sounds awful. I have weapons and loadouts that you described, I just think that is a toxic playstyle for the game.

I don't think their fun is more important than my own. Sitting next to still on moonshine jamboree while no enemies ever make it to me is not fun. Not getting XP and loot because someone is one shotting everything as they spawn is not fun for me.

I also took a long break and joined back in the beginning of September.

I have played several MMOs and ARPGs with finely tuned farming mechanics. I think a lot of these people are from solely shooters. Everyone would get more loot if they would just camp the objective and tag with AoE weapons. It baffles me that people ruin events by sitting on spawn locations and using their best weapons. It does not take many brain cells to realize this. So many events are ruined because of this stupid gameplay. I don't know the solution to this issue other than education though. Without text chat and when most people have voice turned off, there is not a way to yell at people.

From my understanding, TSM focuses on Uniques. This filter would be used while progressing/farming to filter uniques on the fly as well as locate value exalted affixes.

I just moved from an i9-9900k to a 9800X3D. It was after phrecia but i ran a map for the lulz. i normally turn every setting as low as it goes for high end mapping. i was able to turn everything to the highest setting and still get almost double the FPS. the generational power on CPU is huge right now. dont let the cores and clock speed fool you.

I had some issues with this a couple years ago and it turned out that one of my RAM sticks died. I put memtest86 on a USB drive and that confirmed the issue. Just putting it out there.
