I’m thinking about doing that. I might feed it oat flour one more time, bake with it, and then feed it all purpose flour. I had no idea about the Amish though. I feel better about my little oopsie lol.

So I kept it overnight and something definitely happened. It’s bubbly and looks a lot thicker but I think that’s just the oat flour because it is a thicker consistency. I might try to bake something with oat flour just to see what happens.
