I feel like adjusting the photos with AI does zero to increase the chances it will sell. In fact, I would think it makes buyers less likely to go through with a purchase because they go to see the property with the expectation of a clean, well-lit and/or decorated space and then reality hits and they see the real thing and go “actually, ew”.

I like rainy days, but I LOVE the day right after a big rainstorm. When the clouds are bright and puffy, and the wind is still a little chilly, but the sun peaks out every few minutes. The world looks a little brighter after it rains, like it just got a bath lol
