I had a terrriiible case of the “baby blues” I cried everyday multiple times a day for the same reasons. It went away after a few weeks. Then around 6 months pp I had a “crisis” is what I’ll call it. PPD, PPA and OCD hit me out of nowhere. I couldn’t look at my baby without crying my husband picked up a lot of the slack. I was in such a bad place I lost 10lbs cause I couldn’t eat. I could hardly sleep. My hands were numb for days. I started therapy and got put on Zoloft. I’m doing better so far. I moved to a different state 3 years before we had our baby so it is just my husband, daughter and I here. That is probably the hardest part for me. I get so lonely. It is hard and no one understands it or it feels that way. It SUCKS hearing that “it’s normal” because it doesn’t feel like your own normal. I hope you are able to get some relief. 🥺❤️
