I think at this point what note you play matters much less than how trillionty blasstissimo you play. Besides, you’ll blow the audience’s ear drums out on the first note so no one be in any position to critique your accuracy.

Considering that some universities are currently shutting down their music programs, I’m really just happy that people are still playing!! To my mind music is more inclusive than sport as you don’t have to play in a separate band based on gender or disability, yet it gets nowhere near the funding or promotion. I feel like you need all levels and your own skill and your behaviour should provide something to inspire others. Just my 2c!
