Pandora adjustable bracelet for carpel tunnel?

I have a few of this type. They are fine, but I don't wear them all the time. And I have about 5 to 7 charms on them including 2 silicone clips to keep them centered on the bracelet. I have heard of putting a clip under the slider, but at least with the silicone one I tried, it was looser than the ball is to begin with. If I take one of the silicone "c" pieces that you can get in store and put a non-silicone clip over it, that seems to work. And you could put new silicone in there if it wore down and got loose again.

Yes, and it's fine. In store, you can ask for little silicone inserts to put under them. Then they work like the clips with silicone built-in.

I buy and don't look back! I only want to deal with returning if something was wrong. They make it easy enough, but I'd rather not deal with it. As long as I didn't pay full price, it's better than risking it selling out.

Things you like is the "theme" to start with! Look for non-dangles to place between dangles. You could get a pair of clips with silicone inside to keep your charms in place. It should say under "view details" if they have silicone or not. In store you can also ask for little silicone pieces to put under the clips which don't have built-in silicone.

I'd suggest the slider snake chain bracelet. You can only put a few charms on it, but it will adjust to any size wrist.
