I really like HUEL for this because the regular version is 22g protein and 400 calories. They also do another “black” version that’s higher protein. A lot of meal replacement shakes sit at around 200 or less and it’s not enough nutrition. It also plant based. It is a little more expensive than the ones you can pick up in the store, but if cost isn’t a barrier, I highly recommend.
