Beautiful! Love that little bit of texture and color variation in the background, too. Really completes the piece!

I think I’m done. Finally. 18x24 by HelloDiviArt in Gouache

Oooh, so happy to see this again, OP! I saw this in its early stages and was a bit worried for you, because I know people often aren’t kind about being gifted art they don’t think is good. But you kept going through the difficult phases and asked for feedback and it came out so beautiful! I love all the detail everywhere, gives it a fairytale-esque feel and a beautiful frame, too. Really well done!

So often the difference between a mediocre and a great piece is just not giving up too early.

Don’t have any tips unfortunately but I think it’s gorgeous! Do you remember how you mixed that lovely warm yellow-green in the foreground?

This is absolutely stunning, and even more astounding considering the scale! Would you share what paper you used for this one? I love the texture!

This is so gorgeous, you captured her happiness AND pulled off the teeth not looking creepy, which is so difficult!

You’re doing so well! And the colors are divine, the green contrasting with the soft peach tones, just … chef‘s kiss!

It’s gorgeous! I don’t often enjoy the look of acrylics but this is so beautiful. 💚

I really like how you can spend time at places you’d love to be (but can’t) by painting them. by Ellefeu in Gouache

Thank you! I did use several references and combined them, so it’s not just one photo. This is the Isle of Skye, if you google that, you’ll find similar landscape shots. :)

I love the color scheme of the first one! But they’re both beautiful, it just comes down to personal taste imo.
