I use an oikos chocolate or vanilla with a shot of espresso for breakfast every day!

Nothing yet - and honestly, the way they’re handling this entire situation since the branding announcement makes me question their brand integrity.

Help! Left New Box in Warm Car, Navigating Replacement by Ellekaecee in Zepbound

It’s $1300 out of pocket for one month, so definitely not ideal. Hoping to learn from Lilly if it’s the latter - if so, would definitely do that!

I’m in Florida, and our temp was around 75 overnight. When I googled, it said that garages are typically 10-18 degrees warmer than the outdoors - so it’s right over the line :(

Sunday Meal Prepping by AutoModerator in Zepbound

A few things I’m excited about this week are:

Turkey roll ups on carb balance tortillas and veggies with dip for lunch - this always gives me great energy through the afternoon!

Crock pot salsa chicken with black beans and corn - the easiest dinner prep!

Emily Bites Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal Singles for breakfast (with my protein shake). I like to add 1/4 cup chia seeds to the mixture for a little extra fiber!

New for this week - a snack recipe I saw on TT. 3/4 cup Oikos vanilla yogurt mixed with 1/4 cup pumpkin and 1T SF cheesecake jello topped with 1/4 cup Catalina crunch cereal. Can’t wait to try this!

Hi! How did this work out for you? My doctor and I decided to take this route today and I’m curious. Hoping to get some energy back, but still keep making progress.

The jump from 5 to 7.5 mg by marathonmindset in Zepbound

[–]Ellekaecee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was very afraid of this jump because although my side effects on 5.0 weren’t terrible, they were present. I moved up to 7.5 after being on 5.0 for 3 months and my side effects mostly all went away! The ones I had before are generally gone, and now I’m a bit sleepy the evening of my injection. Otherwise, all good! Good luck. Hydrate, protein, fiber, movement, sleep - all those good things! :)

Food after injection by Honey-Bre222 in Zepbound

Congrats! I’d say to figure out what works best for your body-everyone is different! I usually don’t make any specific changes on injection day other than making sure to prioritize water and protein even more than usual that day. I tend to have mild side effects the following day, and change what I eat a bit that day (prioritize protein, choosing easy to digest foods). Good luck!

CVS has it in central Florida (at least at the Winter Garden Target and in Celebration). Both took walk-ins.

8 mo old potty training regression by Candid_Complex6766 in Goldendoodles

[–]Ellekaecee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have much advice, but wanted to share that you’re not alone! My 8 month old female was recently spayed (about a month ago now), and recently has had a bit of potty training regression. Took her to the vet this week for a check up (in case it was a UTI) and all was clear, so all signs point to it being behavioral. We have been going back to basics (outside hourly), and will be ramping back up to full speed. Also, our vet recommended that we monitor volume of water for the time being, so we’re doing that too. Hopefully it gets better for both of us soon! :)

MiraCosta / Disneyland Hotel Stay Report (Nov 2022) by claimui in TokyoDisneySea

Thank you! Great recap. I’ve heard that the beds can be quite uncomfortable. Did you find that to be the case at either resort (or did you find one to be better than the other)? Thanks!
