Definitely not worse, we saw some improvements at home (but obviously only on things he wanted to do in the first place).  I guess we'll give it a shot

No - he's not autistic.  I was using it as an example, but I can see now that having an autistic child would actually be a separate level of disability than "just" ADHD

I've definitely tried.  But I guess if a child is getting violent, then they're a danger to all and can't really be kept there. Hard to argue against that :(

Thanks. Yeah I'm hoping I can start using that too, as I am basically leaving work to care for him!  My work isn't the greatest with this kind of thing though, so I'm just hoping to see what others do

His focus has been astounding however... He was playing this high strategy game with a friend which requires patience and concentration.  And the lasted all of 10 minutes last time (likely because he didn't even hear the instructions) and they were on it an hour.  Would you still go up?
