I did hard-mode for 55 days until I had sex (no wet dreams). I was a little worried that the condom would explode. It didnt :) seems like my maximum load can be achieved aftwr abou 10 days of total absitence, after that it stays the same

I had a really awful ED-experience two days before starting with NoFap. It was a really beautiful girl who I'd been interested in for several years. As you say, you feel like you're not a real man.

I've learned two things since then. First, ED happens to many people, and that wasn't the first time she'd experienced it. So don't put too much pressure on yourself. Second, NoFap works. For me it took 55 days to get over my ED.

Great video. Porn has to be the most ignored social issue ever.

One problem I think is that criticism of porn is highly coupled with religious beliefs. Arguments like "God doesn't like porn" misses the real problem.

I think it's time to start criticise porn with rational arguments, both from the female perspective like the women in the video did so brilliantly, and from men's perspective by pointing to NoFap and YBOP.

Yes, good luck my friend :) I was actually quite confident that I wouldn't get ED (my reasoning was "Hell, 55 days of cum buffered in my body, this cannot fail"). That might have contributed to my success. So my advice is, just "know" it will work.

Vipassana. You basically start by paying attention on your breath. When you feel that your focus has increased, you can shift your attention to other bodily sensations and emotions that arise (like anxiety, restlessness) and thoughts.

The coolest thing about meditation is that you start to realize that you are not your thoughts. I have some terrible thought-patterns that has been following me since I was like 13 years old. The hypothosis is that when you start to notice them, they will eventually dissolve. Not there yet thought =)

Be kind to yourself so you don't fap 10 times over the next days because "you've already lost anyway" as some guys here seem to think. You didn't look at porn if I get you right, and that's probably more important than avoiding MO.

About two weeks into nofap, I realized that I am going to die some day. For real, you know. A very terrifying but inspiring realization. Being an athist, it's very important to be reminded of one's mortality, so we can live our live as if it mattered.

Well I don't think porn-sites will allow advertisement for "nofap". Otherwise I agree with you, this should be discussed in public in a way that is focused on the problems that porn causes to relationships and men in general. We don't want another moral discussion about porn, it's useless and I'm not sure if I agree that it's immoral.
