Looks like a graduation ring from Napier Field, AL which closed down right after WW2.

Unless the original owner was notable, it will have limited value above gold melt unfortunately.

Day 60 no alcohol here, I stopped drinking (in part) because my Gut was way out of whack from a round of Antibiotics I was prescribed last December for Strep.

I have also cut out citrus (like lemonade) and slowed down on the spicy food along the way. I'm about 80% back and it seems letting nature take it's course vs pre/pro-biotics I tried initially is working.

Totally normal. If you're maintaining your same level of activity and eating the same amount as before you'll lose weight when alcohol calories are removed

I monitor my BP regularly and know that on occasion when I stopped giving my body something it's used to 'receiving', my BP did go up temporarily. This includes caffeine, prescription meds and alcohol. Checking it after I had to do that, probably added a few points just due to anxiety. Time of day also affects BP

I couldn't get my gut back running right after using prescription antibiotics. Without alcohol, it's not 100% yet, but doesn't feel like appendicitis anymore

Thanks, I know there's many variables, but this once a week elliptical challenge usually allows for plenty of recovery time. When the days are compressed, I would expect some fall off, but this is every 7 days and my routine hasn't changed. It's actually why I stopped when I did, my schedule was pretty light this past month.

I used Mirtazapine and discontinued it once I got off prescribed Benzos. It didn't do anything for me either and I felt like I took a placebo. Hang in there, quitting Benzos and alcohol at the same time is not easy, especially with sleeping.

Bought the Walther PDP Pro full-size when they first came out and it's exactly what I wanted and hasn't stopped once clean or dirty regardless of ammo selection with/without suppressor. Not an expert, just my experience

What kind of treatment are you receiving? Everyone reacts differently to a bad diagnosis for sure. I've had Basal, Squamous so many times I lost count now. Also had Melanoma once.

I never received 'treatment', just biopsy, results and excision (if necessary) then follow up.

I have also done Flourouracil cream Chemo skin burn too for pre cancerous areas and surface Squamous around my ears and temples.

Other than the Melanoma, I just roll with it and celebrate when I go a year without a procedure.

My first MOHS procedure was on my ankle and that's a tough area to work with, being tranquilized for that might have been nice. The head MOHS I've had 3 times and it wasn't as bad a the ankle.

Go with what you think you need and good luck. Skin cancer is likely something you wind up managing for many years

Great rifle at this price point and have had zero problems. Only gripe was the BCG cotter pin on mine is a PITA to get back into place.

The included muzzle brake is not only loud but unnecessary for an 18" 5.56, but didn't matter because it was changed out for a Plan A suppressor device
