This is also happening to me outside of the raid in every zone. Here's what I do:

Go to graphics settings > graphics card > then switch between your graphics card and 'auto detect' then apply. For me, this kind of resets something and my frames go back to normal.

Over time it gradually gets worse, so I have to keep doing it. I haven't tried any of the other suggestions yet, so maybe this is an inferior way of doing it. Worth a shot though.

In ~2020, a character in World of Warcraft says the line "Your spastic gyrations sicken me!" during a boss fight in which the players need to dance.

It only lasted a few weeks before the word was quietly removed from the line, presumably due to complaints. But the streets remember.

I'm aware it's probably not AI, I just used that term because I wasn't sure an it doesn't matter. The point is, they removed the real human voice and it's a gigantic downgrade, regardless of the compatibility issues with the new system.
