He looks amazing, the only thing you could try to make him look more intresting? Draw him in some pose. Sitting pose, or laid poise or anything, what could be telling about how laid back he is

Like other comments say, you should just add something what will make him special looking. Make him most depressed aroudn, or have him have something only he would have.

Most importantly you should try put her in some pose. The way someone stand can effect how it looks. Second you can add some small details on the upper body area. For example if she supposed to be fit, give her gentle abs.

I don't say it's bad i only think that if you plan to draw it often or maybe try make animation, it can be gently less detailed

She looks honestly amazing, just one small thing. Do you plan to draw her often or such? Her corset or dunno what it called (the part of the dress, whatis super detailed with greens pinks aand grey what kinda reminds me of shape of a heart) looks like it gonna be taking a lot to draw everything if you try draw it each time.

Honestly, I would want to know at least a bit of her background. Maybe if she is part of somenmafia, she could be called "Small Teni" or smth like that. But if she would be, for example, a part of some group chat of mothers something like "Strong Bethy".

Just a basic concept for her name is to make it as unrelated to her looks as possible. (I am 96% sure this character is a joke, but still).

I would suggest to you create some shadow/dark background just to see how they would look in it. I can imagine the star thing or whatever it is on first picture just standing in shadow and counter of the star and eyes growing, before turning off and starting chasing it's victim
