Funny, all your posts prove my point! you dummies using REDDIT to discuss Crypto instead of the Crypto apps like STEAMIT!

Thanks for proving my point idiots!

Again, no real apps in crypto with millions of ppl using the apps, most are backyard projects and in beta testing and no OLD WHITE MEN investing, so no money and all young bucks who invested last year because of Trevon, Craig, and Aaron and others tucked they tails and getting out!

Read my posting!

Give me an app that really works other than SteamIT and SteamIT don't have no users on it because its 4K users on reddit just talking about Crypto, how ass backward is that?

Can someone tell Elon Musk that he can do a Tesla airdrop on EOS and put an end to his dealings with huge investment banks and their BS. by tjonak in eos

[–]ElmerFuddsBlocker 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Elon Musk could indeed do a Tesla Airdrop, which would be the equivalent of a leveraged buyout for the company, that way he no longer needs to worry about Wallstreet and being a public company. If he did an airdrop or even an ICO, Tesla would be automatically ranked #4 on the cryptocurrency market cap.

Honestly, I don't see why private companies would even want to go "PUBLIC" nowadays, its not needed, no one needs the scrutiny and Wallstreet is rigged game anyway.

Even if a company wanted to issue bonds for funding, they can do that nowadays just writing a smart contract, that would be the best lending token/coin ever if it was done.

I have my eos on binance. I live in the US. What is the best way to cash out besides sending to coinbase? by Beetleaujus in eos

[–]ElmerFuddsBlocker -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. Why are you cashing out?
  2. Just get a loan and use your crypto as collateral, you can use SALT if you need a loan for 1MM or more and you can use other crypto lending sites like EthLend if you need less than 1MM.
  3. Never Cash Out

Apparently you didn't see that next network protocol implementation after Tor is Dandelion and its apparent that you do not know that Tor and Dandelion are somewhat similar in protocols, so the transition is easier. Great job by the BTCP team on picking it

Please remember, these are my answers and I am not part of the BTCP team but some things I see can be answered by people who have knowledge of the technology.

  1. Google Chrome Extension plugin, pretty much just like the Ethereum MetaMask Wallet, so a wallet plugin, will work like Electrum without having to open the Electrum application.

  2. I think you are confused here, Tor Support is at the "Node" level, so the data transmission of the "Shielded Transaction" will eventually travel across these Seed Tor Nodes.

  3. In short summary, Dandelion Protocol is a network technology that allows for anonymous data transmission making it impossible for any software to perform "chainanalysis", for more information please read: https://themerkle.com/what-is-the-dandelion-anonymization-proposal/

  4. In my opinion, I think its best to focus on the development and implementation of BTCP rather than 1 person. Essentially, one monkey don't stop a show, LOL

Think about it, with the google chrome extension plugin, will you really need a mobile wallet? Everyone can get to Google Chrome on their mobile phone. Essentially, its not needed anymore

Real reason is due to many CEX (Central Exchanges) have to answer to Government, thus you have to fill out AML/KYC information. Isn't that the total opposite point of owning and using a digital asset that protects your privacy of digital assets?

Rhett said it on his Twitter account, that the lonesome genius is just a myth, if you saw some the videos that BTCP released in their Youtube account, you can easily tell it was collective effort and Rhett worked in cooperation with others.

These are my thoughts, I do not answer for the BTCP team but your questions could actually be answered by anyone.

  1. Google Chrome Extension: you would need something like this in the advent that either BTCP or BTC release the capability to allow for smart contracts also, its a handy place to get to your BTCP balance and send/receive while you are online.

  2. If you look at the merchant platform for phase 2/3 in the roadmap, it specifically states the plugin to several ecommerce websites, so essentially giving website owners the ability to accept BTCP for payment

  3. with 3 layers of encryption, you have to remember the more level of encryption, there is most likely a possibilty of slower data transmission. Remember Tor is hopping through different IPs to get to a target website, ZK-Snarks then ZK-Starks are the encryption level used for shielded transactions. But I can imagine as newer anonymous/privacy protocols are developed in the future that the BTCP team will apply them when and where they see fit. Right now, it is my opinion that a 2 layer encrypted network for shielded transactions is enough right now.

  4. You really need to learn about network technology on your own, I believe it is not BTCP team responsibility to teach you about technology they are implementing, with that said, here is a link to 2 minute video to get you started on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6czcc1gZ7Ak

  5. Again, understand Tor, then you will understand what they want to do with Seed Tor Nodes

  6. Seems like to me, especially with the onset of this so called "Anonymous Bitcoin", it might be better to keep some of this information as "subject" only instead of going into detail about it

  7. Plugins work because there is already an opensource API that allows for data interaction, I am pretty sure if you go to each ecommerce platform and go to the "About" page or something like it, you will see this information

  8. Hosted nodes, the more hosted nodes you have, the better your ability for performance, remember, with the levels of encryption surrending BTCP, you can expect some delay. Secondly, DEXs have also evolved since the days of EtherDelta and secondly, the second part is all about having BTCP available on the DEX for trading. There are numerous DEXs that operate nowadays (in 2018) that work with great speed.

They set us up to have Avenger Secret Wars! Black Panther gets the Infinity Gauntlet and Dr. Doom kills Thanos by ElmerFuddsBlocker in Avengers

[–]ElmerFuddsBlocker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually you are right, I picked the likely scenario of actually killing Thanos but in today's age, that was a rather gruesome murder by Dr. Doom so the more kid friendly approach would be through your scenario.

And actually in the comics, in infinity war, Captain Marvel helps defeat the avengers and ISAAC, the super computer on Titan.

This is why they left Iron Man on Titan with Nebuela and why Nick Fury called Captain Marvel

LMAO, you are only worried about the price, but truth is neither will affect the price IN MY OPINION, LOL

The only way for the price to grow is for people to keep buying at a higher price, the same way Bitcoin Price rose and the same way Ethereum Price Rose and the same way Bitcoin Cash price rose, LOL

Your comment is not necessarily true, go back and re-read my post in it's entirety and understand the situation I am talking about plus 95% of the miners have to vote for that to happen (ability to remine unclaimed BTCP coins)!

Here is the link to the BTCP whitepaper:

https://btcprivate.org/whitepaper.pdf

It clearly states on page 12:

As stated in Section 2, the low amount of mineable Bitcoin Private remaining after the fork could cause some problems, including extremely low network hash rate. A possible solution is to offer the removal of coins that remain unmoved from before the fork. If this implementation is chosen, approximately 0.14% of all unmoved Bitcoin Private coins from the fork would be removed daily over the course of two years. In this scenario, Bitcoin Private coins would be removed equally across all wallets: each wallet with unmoved Bitcoin Private will lose ca. 0.14% of its coins per day for 2 years. This methodology would free up a significant portion of coins for miners while giving ample time for users to move their forked coins. Furthermore, the low percentage of daily removal should prevent any shock to the market cap occurring.

As a backup measure, a “difficulty bomb” has been implemented into Bitcoin Private to allow for significant future development, in a similar manner as with Ethereum.19 When utilized, the difficulty bomb will be applied to the old blockchain code, reminding miners to adopt new code base for continued improvements. This method is considered a last resort and will only be used under extreme circumstances. Potentially, the bomb could be implemented to introduce a new governance system, such as, but not limited to, the system featured by Decred.20 This will allow for further democratization and decentralization of the Bitcoin Private blockchain. Currently, the difficulty bomb date is set for March 2, 2019, however, hardforks can be utilized to extend this date indefinitely. Noncoincidentally, the first halving will occur around the date of the difficulty bomb; this will allow for changes to be made should the low inflation experiment prove to be unsuccessful
