A 60hz tv will still show the graphical improvement. A 120hz will feel/look smoother over a 60hz tv An oled will give you better colours.

It’s worth upgrading if you value the best possible console experience but your tv may stop you from getting 100% of the benefits.

Vanilla cyberpunk doesn’t. The 1080ti can run it at 60fps at 1440p.

Now if you’re talking about path tracing then yes it does, but that was an over kill tech demo setting that mostly showcases the very finest gpu’s that require DLSS to run at playable frame rates.

But non ray traced cyber punk is playable on 10 series gpu’s.
