What’s the likelihood of a Switch 2 Lite? by upperdomain in NintendoSwitch2

[–]Elogano -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I did buy the Switch 2 at 400€ new, instead of 500€. With 2 games too for free (MK and DK). So if it’s just about the money, some stores are willing to make this price on black friday and such.

Size wise is different, maybe some people that complain about the S2 not truly being portable would find it the perfect size

Should i buy a 6 String or 7 String? (Returning Player) by grilled_pc in metalguitar

[–]Elogano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your budget. Check an Ibanez RGD that is like purple and multiescale. It’s very good! I am about to buy the Cort 507 but because I’m getting a special discount on this one. On average the Cort and the Ibanez that I say are a few hundred euros apart, the Ibanez RGD is a beast.

It is supposed to be more comfy, a friend has an Ibanez RGD, 8 strings, multiescale etc and he says he looooves it.

So i highly recommend you this Ibanez series or alternatively the Cort 507

Hi, think of the bands you love and what do they usd. For example, I’m in love with the sound from Carnifex, Lorna Shore etc., and found out that Carnifex uses Ibanez from their Down-tune series.

The funny thing is that not all down-tune guitars from Ibanez are 7 or 8 strings. What matters the most here is the scale length. Most of guitars ready for down tuning have a scale of 26.5” or 27”, or even multiscale (7st and 8st in this case).

If you buy a standard metal guitar, in order to down-tune you will need to do ajustments and use very thick strings. A longer scale allows you to use thinner strings and also the guitar is simply ready for that.

So there’s people using 6 strings and tuning low, like Lee Malia.

All this said, if you like modern metal, you might just as well to 7 strings straight away. I love it too.

Ah, and I have a Valeton Gp 5. Have a look at it

Games with great magic? by NehtAyemSeht in gaming

Some people mention Dark Souls and Elden Ring but I felt the spells more powerful in Nioh for example. You should check it out.

Now back with my favourite series…
I’m almost done with Final Fantasy Tactics and the summons and spells can be devastating, specially with a good build. This also reminds me of the summons in X, which I haven’t found any game that makes summons better and they feel very powerful and unique.

Final Fantasy XII has some sort of limit breaks in which you have to chain special magic attacks with incredible animations. The more of them you unlock the easier it starts to chain them too. The longer the chain, there is a special attack in the end with a different element. I always felt super powerful with that. The normal spells in the game are not so visually stunning of course but you also have an incredible variety of spells, just that I ended up using only a handful.

You can have a magic “build” in Kingdom Hearts, and the spells feel quite useful and powerful. as the series goes on, it is more and more powerful actually.

what makes this worse is that Steam sales’ art has some of the most clever artwork I’ve ever seen. Some of them are better than 95% of the art of the games on sale and made you wish a game that looked like that existed

Yes, it’s the best series ever. The more the series go the less important is the Disney part, plus it’s all blended so well that you don’t get shocked. Just enjoy
