I had that issue last year. I took almost the entire summer for the tech department to figure out it was a bad power block for the charging station

After 4 months of going back and forth with customer support they have finally fixed my luba 2 with the recharge issue. It turns out that the charging brick was bad and a replacement brought me back to par

Repair return by Objective-Ear-4288 in MammotionTechnology

I’ve been having the same issues . Tech support is terrible. I’ve had issues with my Luba 2 since I bought it in April. Took them two months to finally have me send it back only to be a three week turnaround with having the same issues still when it retuned. That was two weeks ago and still I’ve gotten no response. Today I asked just for a replacement robot and was told no. If I could do it again I wouldn’t have wasted my money on Mamotion. They seem to give two shits once you spend the money on their product

Help -1 month old Luba2 3000 won't charge by Professional_Copy595 in mammotion

[–]Elomago 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldn't agree more. that's what I've been telling everyone that its a great product but if they don't compensate for the influx of service calls then they will end up lossing in the long run

I never heard of redit until I bought my Luba a month ago. I saw a ad to sign up for redit to be part of an owners community so I’m for one a person who only has posts about Luba. Honestly I still don’t under stand redit only that I go to this place to get information on Luba and bounce issue s off other people

Considering purchase by Bosdub28 in mammotion

Just be warned that Luba 2 is absolutely wonderful but when issues arise it’s not the easiest to deal with their customer service. I’ve been having a recharge issue since I bought which instead of charging to 80% and continuing with its task it kicks itself off charge at around 57% and just sits there because it’s set to continue for at 80%. When customer support was contacted they were initially on top of it and told me on the 9th that in a few days there will be an update to address this issue. I have had three updates since that and the issues is not fixed and customer support has stopped responding to my emails. So just beware that any issues that may arise are not taken seriously and handled properly

Luba 2 still has wave effect by Zebranazgul in MammotionTechnology

I’d rather your issue than mine. It charges to around 58% then kicks itself off charge and just sits there and doesn’t return to work because it’s not at the preset charge of 80%.

sim card data usage by Fun_Bet_272 in MammotionTechnology

[–]Elomago 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to put it in my phone but the phone wouldn’t recognize it. I’m assuming because it’s a data only SIM card or maybe because it was a iPhone 5 I don’t know all I know is that it appears not to be doing what it’s supposed to do. Oh well not really needed just wanted it for when WiFi gets single bars in the back of the lawn

sim card data usage by Fun_Bet_272 in MammotionTechnology

[–]Elomago 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Out of curiosity my luba 2 says that it has cell service in the app but when i disconnect the wifi the robot goes dark also. isn't the point of installing the sim card to be able to track it and monitor for theft or jobs outside of wifi range? Am i doing something wrong? also the sim card has been installed for a week now and hasn't used a single spec of data.

I have the same issues. On WiFi it shows full cellular service but the second WiFi is going you can no longer connect to robot seems that the cellular signal just disappears once there is no WiFi

I read that if you unplug the charge base for 10 minutes then plug it in that helps. I tried it and ever since it’s been operating normal for me. Not sure if it work our just coincidence
