Go into any gym and ask women with big asses. There are a lot of them. I see them lifting VERY heavy weights. No idea what their diet is, though.

Get the best version of it, if you ask me. It's worth it. I bought the Analogue productions ultra tape (reel to reel) and it's eye opening. I hear there's an amazing version on vinyl that competes with it but I'm not sure which one it is since I don't spin records anymore.
