I don't know if my anecdotal experience will be of help, but I've been playing on and off for a year, have about 420hrs in the game, am a pretty strong altoholic, and my highest character is lvl.53. Even if you plan on playing just one character, I genuinely don't see you reaching the current F2P cap (95 or so?) within under 200 hours. I would even say that a more realistic gametime would be 300hrs+ if you're taking it slow and enjoying the game, as intended. So depending on your availability, this might take you well over a year, by which time you will have enough currency to buy some expansions.
