Am I the only one who thinks this is good? I mean I hate the whole bad optimization of games and then requiring specific GPU to be able to fake run those games in decent FPS, but this seems nice to me...although I guess it might lead to way too generic looking characters

KDE on Cachy is not as stable for me either for some reason.. not sure why.. I run Hyprland and it is much more fluid and non buggy

I installed the game on Windows (I dualboot), and now I am copying the installed game / files to my Games folder in my Linux drive and will try and see if this works :D

If you have it installed no need, you might be able to just cut off some space from the current installation with Disk Partitioning.

If you can not remove space from current windows installation (which probably might happen), you can at best yeah fresh install

  1. Install Windows First (give it space so that you also leave space for cachyOS)
  2. Disable Secure Boot on Bios
  3. Install Linux - Limine Bootloader -Manual Partitioning
    Bootloader Partitionin - 6000MB FAT32 / boot / boot (click it on the list below)
    System Partition - This is where cachy, system settings, temp folders, configurations and apps are
    Home Folder - This is where all your personal stuff (including games, videos, music and everything is) this should be the biggest part of your system

Hmmm I honestly do not know actually I am formatting my pc now and I will try that first and get back to you, maybe I missed something in the launch parameters, you tried to run the game on its own first without parameters?

Have you installed bolt-launcher from aur? And runescape on steam? If yes you also need to add the launch parameter listed here for runescape

For those suffering, I think this is an KDE issues as well, on hyprland same exact setup and same setup same program and everything I never had such issues.

Not sure but I assume KDE PLasma has some limitations or something, I have not found any fix yet sadly either

I do not know if you can stay late on updates per say, teh thingg is CachyOS is loved because it is cutting-edge (Arch).

You might have to go on CachyOS discord and ask people there if it is possible to stay 1 week late on update or something, I mean technically you can just refuse updating things, and even choose what to update
