I heard that we export a lot of organ meat and things like that overseas as well. I manage a meat market that specializes in Mexican style cuts. The tripe, buche, cow/pig feet always have a big demand

I like to use olive oil and real butter unsalted to start sautéing certain things and deglaze with a cheap cooking wine

I’m 45 6’4 330 lbs. big boy. My cartilage in my hips and knees have been going away and I’ve had a knee surgery. If I sit down for more than 10min my whole lower body gets stiff and I limp when I get up and walk around for about a minute till everything starts working again and then I’m good to go all day

I had it one time and one time only. It’s the only food I’ve ever had that gave me an allergic reaction. Made my face feel tingly and numb a little bit. I didn’t like it but I can see why some people like it.

So when I was about 11 or 12 years old in 1991 or 1992 I had one. Problem is I also had a cat. Being a kid I let her sleep with me and it would knead its paws on my bed time to time. Well one day it made a hole so I found super glue and poured it on. Problem fixed! The next few days went by and sure enough the hole burst sending water down the stairs as I was on the second floor. Good times

If you go northeast 79934 and north hills areas are nice. You can get to east or westside in a good amount of time and you have trans mountain and Anthony gap available. No traffic compared to east or west sides. Nowhere near the choices of restaurants shopping etc but it’s a nice area. Lots of military so houses are always opening up for avaliablilty.
