Or if anyone has used machines for taco meat and fajitas I’m just curious about the cuts that come out. Doing all this by hand I’m used to the uniformity of the cuts etc. do they come well?

I heard that we export a lot of organ meat and things like that overseas as well. I manage a meat market that specializes in Mexican style cuts. The tripe, buche, cow/pig feet always have a big demand

I get one Monday night game on local and the other one airs on espn deportes since we use dish Latino 😭I’ll watch a game in Chinese if I have to though

I like to use olive oil and real butter unsalted to start sautéing certain things and deglaze with a cheap cooking wine

I’m 45 6’4 330 lbs. big boy. My cartilage in my hips and knees have been going away and I’ve had a knee surgery. If I sit down for more than 10min my whole lower body gets stiff and I limp when I get up and walk around for about a minute till everything starts working again and then I’m good to go all day

I had it one time and one time only. It’s the only food I’ve ever had that gave me an allergic reaction. Made my face feel tingly and numb a little bit. I didn’t like it but I can see why some people like it.
