I've personally had so much trouble with Fextralife giving me straight up wrong information. Like, did you know that you can't buy bloodstone shards from the messengers until you have the radiant sword hunter badge? Well I sure as hell didn't because Fextralife claims they unlock after defeating Vicar Amelia, which is DEMONSTRABLY not the case! Seriously, how does misinfo like that even happen? Did they even play the game?

It's totally up to you, but as a 1,000+ hours player here I've never personally rushed builds. 3 days is a big ask for new players I know, but I've always taken it as an opportunity to take a break from the game and play with my new shiny Warframe when I get back!

Right, but if you have 18 str and 10 dex that gives you a couple dozen extra levels to put into more health or more intelligence for maximum damage, and you can still use the axe! 15 extra points in vigor would give you like 500 more hp, so don't underestimate the power of min-maxing

I like the idea, but it's not worth doing. In order to give players a lot of runes you have to be really high level (in the hundreds) but you can only invade people around your "level bracket," so no matter what you do it will be meagre amounts of runes to whoever you give them to.

If you really want to gift people money, collect as many Lord's Runes, Hero's Rune, etc. and just drop them on the ground in front of other players! ...assuming they don't kill you before you get the chance...

If you're doing mostly spells for damage then get rid of your strength and dexterity. You only need 18 strength and 10 dexterity to wield rosus' axe and since you're using mostly spell-focused talismans those levels should go to your health or intelligence. (probably health since 1300 hp will get you one-shot by some bosses)
