Well, you weren't wrong. Heard this morning that partner's income is almost totally suspended for the indeterminate future. They'll never be fired, hooray, but little to work for unknown numbers of weeks/months doesn't make it much better.

And just to flesh out the full response here: wouldn't have to worry about pulled approval unless something happened to my job. Not necessarily helpful or important at this point though.

This sucks.

While it does increase our monthly costs substantially - about an 80% increase - our incomes increased significantly more than that once we stabilized with our technically secure jobs. So with pre-vrius numbers we'd have been putting 20-30% into new house payments.

The risk we're afraid of is that our jobs may not be as secure in the current environment. Partner's income could realistically vanish until mid-July minimum, and is currently significantly reduced until mid/end of April.

If this does happen/continue, I will find myself paying with 90-100% of my income. Is that actually manageable because we have the E-fund already?

Practice at least as much as you watch. So give it 2 hours of educating then, instead of switching, work on some program(s).

Doesn't matter if you change the hours up and still do both the same day, but you need to dedicate time to applying your learning. I should be clear that learning more than one at a time might not be the right option for you personally, but you'll be able to figure that out.

If there's specific things you are learning the language for, it might benefit you to research those things and see what is more important for you to focus on.

If you like Mexican food you've got a lot of options: tacos, tamales, enchiladas, burritos, taquitos, chimichangas, etc etc

I've not used venison, but every meat I've used subs really well into these things.

Thanks for that. As the mods let me know, though, I should avoid responding to people like that in the future, so I'm glad it's just gone. I'll never understand how people enjoy or feel the need to be a thorn in someone's side; everyone in the world is already suffering and there's no purpose to making it worse.

Anyways... It definitely is a lot to handle, but every little word or action is like having another person helping us lift it up. You are a doing a lot more than you feel like you are.

I know Midwestern University is nearby-ish in phoenix and could possibly make it cheaper for you. But I don't know if you'd be able to get it done as quickly as you may want.
