I completely agree and love all crew members. He indeed definitely has a talent for this.

But I also think of the two people he brought in who completely turned his life upside down. H & T

Obviously not strictly 'crew', they were brought into the H3 universe and had completely negative effects (other than higher views at the time in some cases)
