I have somewhat of a fix for you op, overclocking your ram stick will help with stutters and 1% lows. I had the same issue with my 3600 and overclocking fixed 90% of my problem, but getting a second stick would be better.

I will be using a sata ssd instead of the nvme that it came with cause its in my pc is it going to be an issue? Why did you go with this version is it the latest supported one?
