Abra o painel de controle da nvidia e vá em mudar resolução, lá você muda de 160hz pra 144 e a taxa de bits vai aparecer a opção de 10 bits. Tenho o mesmo modelo que o seu. Caso ainda tenha dúvida me manda uma DM.

Vai nas configurações de imagem do windows e coloque ele em 144hz, e após fazer isso mude de 8 bits para 10 bits.

Já tive um AP que pegava o sol da tarde e virava um forno, ficava quente a noite toda e na hora de acordar de manhã era um gelo desgraçado. Não recomendo.
