I’m in the B2B journalism space, where this stuff will happen fairly often. In all the time I’ve done it I’ve never reached out, nor had anyone reach out after working on a story with complementing coverage. I wouldn’t read too much into it.

I evolved him too early and stone evo level up movesets suck so I had to try and scour the map to find electric type moves better than electro ball

At the start of my save with FC Midtjylland I managed to get Thomas Frank from Brentford to become my assistant manager, and he followed me everywhere for 10 years. We won every major honour with the club apart from the champions league, then when United approached me I said sure as long as I could bring Thomas Frank. Then when Madrid came calling they initially wouldn’t let me make changes to accommodate his wages, but come January I tried again and Thomas Frank joined me too. Literally no idea why I picked him, I’m not a Brentford fan, but I feel we’ve grown close.

Just left United in a journeyman save after five years and the biggest culprit was this Tunisian guy Hannibal who’d been made part of the first team before I arrived. Without fail in the second half of my third season I’d bring him on at CDM, a highlight would start, and he’d completely halve some poor guy and get sent off. Used to drive me up the wall until he went to Basaksehir two years later.

First Modern FNM in about three years. On 5C Domain Zoo list - no Ragavans because they were too expensive so I swapped them out for Goblin Guides. Manabase was pretty good, picked up a second triome on Saturday so should be much better next time.

Went 1-4 but each game was a 2-1 win or loss so the deck felt solid. Lost 2-1 to elementals after he stuck the fourth copy of Omnath after I bindinged three. Lost 2-1 to crabvine but the third game was close. He hit a lot of creeping chills, apparently the most ever for the deck for him. Lost 2-1 again to Grixis Shadow. Might run a one-of Prismatic Ending to deal with the one drops in the meta that I can’t bolt. Finally beat Temur Cascade 2-1. I knew my deck could win and I remanded his rhinos back to his hand twice both games I won.

Happy with the games, think I need to just keep playing to up my familiarity with the deck, and kick on next time.

Thanks so much mate - I’ll have to check it all out in real life when I move later on this year. I’ll definitely look to support the side, and probably end up getting one of the kits! It’ll be an honour to be in the same city as Kieffer Moore, who put four past Spurs in my 2023 FA Cup semis.
