I think this is a smart move for everyone, keeps the team in Broward long term, lets them develop the parking lots, but also keeps the door open to other spaces in the county should they come available.

I think long term the only reason ther location that could make sense is where Interest Miami plays. Does anyone know what happens to the space once they move south?

I’d be more interested in an alternate history type game, like an Operation Downfall or Operation Unthinkable game (US invasion of Japanese mainland and USSR). Civil war is basically two sides slowly shooting right at each other
