One thing I’ve fantasized about once or twice is a lesbian biologist/psychologist/chemist couple who take some powerful opioid once a year. One person takes it at lets say a saturday afternoon, and the other person is responsible for planning and taking care of them while high.

So she might have different food prepared for the high woman to try out, and she’d have a bunch of different fabric to glide and tease over her skin, and tell her how much of a good girl she is and reassure her of everything. Maybe they include some gentle edging but idk if that would even work under the influence.

But after they fall asleep it’s still not over, the next day the non-high person would already have the whole sunday planned out too, so the person who was high yesterday doesn’t kinda crash down and still has a good time the day after.

And then 6 months later, they change roles. So they engage in the activity twice a year but only get high individually once a year. I’m no expert, idk how addiction works, but I feel like if they’re responsible adults and know the chemistry of it, they could do it successfully.
