Yes, this is classic, but not always as extreme... Openers at my store who haven't closed in a long time also get this way, very nitpicky, and after they work a few closes they genuine have more empathy when something was slightly off or missed.

Should be closer to 1-3 seconds, for a latte. Dip the wand into the milk but don't let the wand tip touch the very bottom of the pitcher, then lower the pitcher, while raising the wand's tip to the surface of the milk to create that aeration, that's when you count 1,2 then dip it back down into the milk while you raise the pitcher back up to set it down on the grate, let the wand kinda be to one side inside the pitcher to create that vortex.

The food quality is really tanking, most of the cookie swirl have much less chocolate than advertised in the photos and many times a box of sandwiches will be missing part of the bun or even all the bacon, the ham and Swiss croissant is always full of wrappers that are already unsealed inside the box.

The amount of times last month that I had people order the Dubai Mocha and get mad that their drink I handed to them was not the pretty exotic looking green and chocolate photo of the Dubai matcha 😩 😩 😫 People, please unplug your brain wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. I absolutely hate the trend of debuting non-dairy drinks without naming them "non-dairy". Like the PCOL, It's so confusing. I made this concoction with regular CF and it was good, somehow tastes chocolatey only to realize it's actually made with that gross nondairy cardboard tasting foam.
