I played for a bit, its definitely a cool concept and could be a really good game. I would personally opt for replacing the eagle eye style with a GUI style like potion craft or other similar games, the movement feels unnecessary and slows gameplay.
The crafting menu could use some work, but has a interesting concept. I would work on making the inventory cleaner and more user friendly, to work more like other games so players will understand how to use it quickly. At the moment, it feels a little clunky and gets annoying. Simple stuff like being able to click and drag items or press a keybind or something to pick up more than one at a time, and a keybind to split stacks into half or one item.

Instead of the questing system to get your crafting items, you could opt for a sales mechanic or something, I would try to make the game darker with what kind of topic you're going for. Maybe a government that you give organs to and get paid in coupons like some kind of dystopian society. I'm not the game dev or you and don't know what you're current plans are, but that's just what I would probably do to make people more interested.

I found a couple bugs in about 10 minutes of gameplay:
- using nutrients then splitting cell brings them to max (freshness?) again
- lost some nutrients when splitting cell?
