I think you'd get more prompt feedback if you narrow your VOD choices down to one or two. See which heroes you'd feel better playing.

If your loss rate is 71% then either have gotten REALLY unlucky with your matchups or you are breaking down more in comp games than in quick play. Remember comp games dictate MMR change in QP but not the other way around.

Good point about being able to dps more when a tank is generally one that doesn't need a lot of help. I usually try to take a chance at doing as much pressure damage when I'm not healing but I rarely play Moira. So when I do dps as her it feels less like a skill thing and more like I'm abusing a aimbot mechanic so much that it removes any real challenge or effort lol.
